Mostly agree with your agreement. Also I'd give the edge to Lobo (don't think Penance stare would do a damn thing) and many if not most versions of Grundy would beat Thing.

I dont get how Batman splits with someone that can match him in h2h yet is stronger and faster than him and has a defensive unbreakable shield to boot..
Batman is kool and and all, but he cant beat Cap one on one

Mmh... My money's on Darkseid, but gonna say this one's a split.
@ Carver: Doomsday would tank everything Hulk has, until he passed out from exhaustion from hitting Doomsday too much. Just like Superman did to Hulk. And even if Hulk did rip him in half at first, Doomsday would regenerate, and be powerful enough to do the same to Hulk.

Thor vs Superman - Draw. In all honesty, this is a split and could go either way.
Iron Man vs Green Lantern(Hal Jordan) - Spite. Green Lantern, easily.
Winter Soldier(Bucky) vs Deathstroke - Deathstroke, but WS will die honorably.
Captain America vs Batman - Draw, with a strong edge to Bruce due to the stuff he brings to the party. I honestly believe that Batman would take Cap out in a real fight where anything goes, but let me put this as a draw. Only because I like Captain America, as I do strongly believe that if both wanted the other dead it would be Bruce who would kill Steve. In a H2H fight it could go on forever, but if it was about just finishing the fight quick Bruce is a beast.
War Machine vs Green Lantern(John Stewart) - Spite. Green Lantern, easily.
Ghost Rider vs Lobo - Lobo. At times writers forget just who Lobo is, and maybe that's why he's put against someone like GR. I love the Rider, but he's simply not at Lobo level.
Sentry vs Shazam - A hard one. One could argue for either one. Draw.
Ms. Marvel vs Wonder Woman - Wonder Woman.
Dr. Doom vs Lex Luthor - Dr Doom. I love Luthor, but Victor is his better.
Thanos vs Darkseid - Darkseid.
Hulk vs Doomsday - Doomsday. The closer the Hulk comes close to winning, the more he makes it impossible to defeat DD. Those who know DD will understand what I mean by that.
Luke Cage vs Green Arrow - Cage.
Deadpool vs Red Hood - DP, easily ...almost spite.
The Thing vs Solomon Grundy - Grundy is a beast. Sometimes writers forget that, but Grundy is way above the Thing.
Wolverine vs Bane - Wolverine. Bane will try to put up a fight, but he will fail and fail quickly.
