Chose Wonder Woman because Parasite comment and she can remove her bracers to become more powerful. She also defeated Mongul and a Kryptonian and Mongul alone gave Supes and an amped Batman hell. She stomped two Kryptonians on her own. The list goes on and on. Then she can take her bracers off to become even more power (to the point that she was able to subdue Super Doom and carry him in space).

Chose Hulk because he doesn't have a limit to his power. He starts off at Herald levels and it goes up from there per the second. When someone need something done, Hulk is the go to person. It usually take teams to take him out. The guy has literally fought every team in Marvel and does well. Hulk is an unstoppable force and a single Herald isn't the case at stopping him. He is the ultimate power source and this has been proven and stated on many of occasions.

Superman - Going all out he's above the people below.
Green Lantern - written properly, a will powered weapon that's considered one of the most powerful weapons in the universe (at one time the most powerful), and wielded by a person with will power off the charts, will put a mark. There was a time I would rank Hal above Superman, but Hal is not as powerful as he once was.
Martian Manhunter - He jobs a lot, but MM going all out is monstrous. People think Fernus was a different being, and in some ways he was, but essentially Fernus would be what MM would be if he went all out and stopped jobbing.
Wonder Woman - She is a deadly and powerful and highly skilled opponent who brings magic (in the same way Black Adam and CM bring magic, not in the way Zatanna does) to the battle. All out she could kill any of the people above her, but the question did ask about power. That's important, since any of the 5 could kill each other. I am strictly looking at power.
Orion - A powerful New god, but more limited than the others when it comes to available options.
Marvel
Thor - All out, a beast. So many ways in which he can put a hurting on someone.
Silver Surfer - See above. Almost interchangeable.
Blue Marvel - See above. Almost interchangeable. The only reason he is third is because there are not as many feats as for the above two.
Ironman - a HUGE GAP between the above three and Iron Man, but IM comes fourth.
Hulk - Dead last, and on both lists. We are talking about power here, and while the old adage that the angrier he gets the stronger he gets, he simply is not (a) possessive of a diverse power set as the others here, and (b) all of the others (with the exception of IM) can go from 0 to 100 in a flash in terms of how quickly they can bring their powers to bear. The Hulk, on the other hand, is a character that is completely restricted to the ground (when he's not leaping like some crazed flea) and needs to get angry to amp up his strength. He's a one trick pony (and yes, I know of his other abilities ...like being able to always know the location where he had his gamma accident - yawn), and that one trick pony simply does not measure against the others. Unless it is a juvenile punching contest, where characters like Thor or Blue Marvel stand toe to toe with the Hulk and trade punches like idiots, and do it for long enough that the Hulk gets sufficiently angry to get sufficiently strong.
The Hulk is a 4th grade remedial student trying to debate Mensa level PHD grads.

Superman, can easily tap into the Trans tier if he wants to and eclipse even the Skyfather tier in times of need.
Orion, the new Gods true forms are at least Skyfather tier.
Green Lantern (Hal), greatest willpower in the Universe, can oneshot skyfathers+ if pissed.
Wonder Woman, always considered below a serious Superman.
Martian Manhunter, potential to be on Hals level, jobs too much.
Marvel
Thor/Silver Surfer, while Thor is on par or even above SS he jobs to Hulk while SS can treat Hulk like a child if he chooses to, so I take them both.
Hulk, amping up to WBH levels he is seriously on Trans levels.
Blue Marvel, high potential but a no name compared to popular chars who will always outshine him.
Ironman, the WW of Marvel if you will, always a notch below the true hh.

And it's stated 21 times that Hulk is the list powerful being to walk the planet.
Show Superman fts? You can show them but I can also post the things that matters, Diana fight against Superman or opponents that has given Superman hell. See what I did there?
Martian Manhunter has been stated outright as being more powerful than Superman.
