He is already incredibly durable then adding the Juggernaut's powers to him. How my bigger of a threat would he be?

The curse may hinder Cytorraks enchantments from working on Harald. If it did work he would likely be able to rock out with Galactus when he was the Devourer.

I mean that it may not be possible for Harald to be enchanted due to being cursed. When a character is cursed they are often locked from receiving any augmentations.
