Monitors replace Ivory Kings

OK, so instead of the Ivory Kings attacking the Marvel multiverse, the Monitors from DC Comics attack it instead. The Monitors have access to ALL of their equipment and tech, as well as their peak numbers (no mandrakk tho).

Can the Marvel multiverse defend against them, or do they get swept aside?
