I dont have time to look for the scans. It was previously posted and referenced in Kyle respect thtead.

Here is the tad bit.

The nature of his power are psionic, I dont think it matters if its done by hard psi or tk. But the point is that. At peak levels he operates far above Stryfe, which makes it a stomp.
