I mean I wouldn't call Fantomex a street leveler because his misdirection is such a powerful ability, but yeah Fantomex and any other two streets could do it.

I mean put his misdirection aside and he'd have a tough time against anyone here, but I mean, the misdirection can fool and debilitate pretty much anyone, including powerful psychics.
