I love how this is Serpent from a flash-based fb game and before he rejuvenated himself, lol.

Anyway, the only DC Blight I'm familiar with is the Batman Beyond one, don't know the one in the pic.

he's from a justice league dark run (2015 i believe). He's the personification of all of mankind's sins. He also soloed the JLD quite easily and was beating on the phantom stranger (who himself is one of the spectre's peers in the new 52). In order to beat him, Pandora had to use all of mankind's good and channel it into herself (or something like that) and he was still winning. As a matter of fact, I think it took the voice himself to destroy it.
