Lobo has come back from a pool of blood. What has the General done?

He can regrow limbs and such pretty much instantly. He's never been reduced to a pool of blood as far as I know so can't really say whether he could or not.

Regrowing limbs is par for the course for Lobo's race.

Not as good a healing factor. I'd put him as stronger. He's more consistent, but then he doesn't have a lot of appearances(even factoring in the Shaggy-Man stuff) and wasn't turned into the parody character Lobo was in the 90's.
