Panther can take out Canary with a LOT less than she can take him out with.
Both of these have feats of taking inhuman damage but I think Panther is much more consistent in that area 
I think Panther wins this quickdraw match, even without his new gadgets.

Her only chance is the cry and I don't think it has the feats to suggest it would put Panther down in the New52. If it's New52 Canary, Pamther without to much trouble.
If it's composite or Pre-Flashpoint Canary's only chance is if she can let loose with her cry and even tag Pamther which will probably be to much of a challenge if he's still using the KOTD gear.
