Man, comics really disrespect high level psions. What' stopping Justice from levitating Hercules making him helpless (Jean Grey did this when she re-appeared after the Dark Phoenix Saga). Hercules and the rest of the crew were held helpless till Sue stepped in and saved them.
Or he could do what Jean did vs Fixit Hulk. She slammed his eyelids and earlobes shut. He was effective deaf and blind and the X-factor Trio and Doc Samson then KOed him.
There's nothing stopping him from employing any of these tactics against Hercules.
Having said that, in a comic fight, Hercules wins. Forum fight, Justice wins.
