Basically boils down to omniscience vs. omnipotence. The latter is superior in a 'versus' scenario, imo.

RW ftw. What use is CA here? "Uh-oh, X is gonna change my frame of reference, I better get outta here."? That's about it. Also, imo, RW implies a certain of level of superawareness, otherwise how does the RWer direct her power/determine the correct outcome? Seems to me the RWer's awareness has to extend beyond the current venue.
Then again, both abilities are kinda plot-devicey, so basically a CA/RW confrontation will go the way the writer wants.
