Classic WP without a doubt beats TS without much problem.
More recent versions.
Not sure about the daggers in his eyes, but he'd likely score a decent hit. Overall TS has better durability, while the strength gap would be minor for either. I'd pull for WP winning 6/10, which means that he takes a few lumps.
