yeah cloak dies in a hurry. there have been a number of people over the years who were able to break free of cloak--and none come close to wbh in power.
Cloak should win. But Marvel has written him down something fierce. When he first showed up on the scene, he had the following powers :
intangibility, teleporting short distance via gates to the Dark Dimension (or dumping people into it), and creating unpenetrable darkness in a limited area.
Since he was supposed to be a low meta/street level character, he had to be dumbed down EXTENSIVELY. He forgets his intangibility and allows himself to be sucker attacked by street level goons. People 'break out' of being BFRed by him despite the fact that he's DUMPING THEM INTO A DIMENSION AS INFINITELY LARGE AS THE MAINSTREAM MU and these characters have no way to travel between dimensions.
I can go on but you get the point.
