1.) Maker.
2.) Probably Luthor, though I'm not entirely sure how he'd get around Maker's shielding.

Haven't read too much of Maker, but does he have anything as big as manipulating continuity, bringing back and manipulating the Multiverse like Alex did in Infinite Crisis?

I havent read much on the maker either but I don't doubt it. When he was just Reed Richard he created a helmet that could create solid constructs based on whatever he was thinking. He accidentally created Sue's mom in the size of skyscrapers

He has fewer combat applicable feats, however.
For example, Reed has made a Cosmic Cube. And used it in battle.

Exactly. Maker's combat-applicable feats are FAR more impressive. Here is a sample:

*Mind you, all of that was done BEFORE Reed evolved into The Maker... ie. BEFORE his intelligence increased astronomically.

Impressive. However, I also think Alex is haxx. In his last appearance he resurrected the destroyed world's on the fly and help defeat Omega Man.
And he basically tooled Lex Luther , saying he was him, only far better.

So he doesn't actually have any combat feats?
I mean, Joker curbed him without prep. With prep, he doesn't have nearly as many combat feats.

Joker got the drop on him, while he was depowered, iirc. More interested in intelligence, however.
How powerful is Alex's Anti-matter projectile?

Resurrecting dead worlds is cool and all, but how does it help him beat Maker?
Where combat-oriented build feats are concerned, Maker FAR outclasses Alex tbh. Also, Maker is well-accustomed to dealing with anti-matter... He's built world-busting weaponry out of it, after all.

You're right, he doesn't have many feats, but would you say in terms of intellect (science based feats), they are both equally impressive. If Alex wanted to, couldn't he just phuck with Maker's reality like he did with DCU's?
Weren't the DC's heroes helpless in preventing his manipulation? He played the chess board pretty well, I think.

BTW, each combatant gets 7 days of prep.

Alex is certainly an impressive genius. Never suggested otherwise.
Maker's combat-oriented build feats are simply FAR more impressive, is all. For an additional point of reference: look at Maker's City and Children of Tomorrow.

Yeah, but the majority of them also had no clue it was coming, so you can't fault them too much for not being able to prevent it.

Ok, how would you rank these super geniuses, then:
Dr. Doom
Alex Luthor
Brainiac (True Brainiac)
Reed Richards
Lana Luthor (Rebirth)
Maker
Brainiac 5
