Pretty much aspects of the same god. Except Decreator was a lot more limited, and got stalled by a cosmic radio station (All the times Earth was devestated, and that one building playing it should have been destroyed..)
Decreator probably wouldn't affect GEB, and gets swallowed up.

Never let anyone else define you.
