We've seen on panel that Man-Thing doesn't affect GR, and while Man-Thing got burnt up by all of Mojoworld being Penance Stared due to him being an empath, I'm not exactly sure what the stare would do to MT if used directly- it might do the same thing in that feeling his victims fear would make him burn but idk,
