Don't forget to factor in the distance and time/speed. Geosynchronous orbit, if we're using that as an example, is about 1/10th the distance of the moon.

Are you seriously comparing Superman's speed to Captain Marvel's? He toyed with her like a feeb in the Crossover (and it was canon to both companies). Meanwhile he was in an actual fight with Etrigan.
He didn't punch him into orbit. He punched him to the Moon. And Superman wasn't just standing there, he was flying right toward Etrigan. Etrigan was fighting against Superman's momentum AND Earth's gravity and still managed to send him all the way to the Moon. (please log in to view the image)(please log in to view the image)

The same thing Carol punched Rogue who was trying to blitz her. I can tell you by the fact Superman was talking to Etrigan he wasnt really trying much in regards to speed. Or the fact he later repetitively kept out speeding Etrigan when he got back.
Etrigan has nothing suggesting he can hit her, also an aware Superman isn't going to be hit to the moon. He seemed surprised Etrigan hit him like that which isn't rare for Superman to be hit by vastly slower characters.
Carol wins. Her fight against Ironman was highly impressive. Her final punch had enough force from the shockwaves to knock back Blue Marvel, Sas, Monica, Nova, Ms. America, and more...
Looked more like a open hand close blast to me moreso than a punch. Plus those ppl were in the air.. Its easier to get knocked off your axis while flying.. Just saying.
I do wonder how much of a diff tune Carver will sing when Carol is made the most powerfull Marvel Character in the MCU and thus knocks Hulk off the top spot...
