Who had the more concise, detailed, and planned their dismantling of their opponent through prep? Was it Otto convincing the Sinister Six to work together and kidnapping May/Peter's love interest, or was it Bane's surveillance of Batman, breaking open Arkham, and gradual breaking down of Batman until he literally broke him?
Who was the better planner?
