How powerful is King Shark because Tiger Shark is a respectable C lister. They even upgraded him with adamantium teeth and claws I think.

More than just that. Loeb made him Namor's equal, more or less. Very similar upgrade to what Attuma received in DR: Made Men, when you think of it.

In my opinion, Tiger Shark should win. Why? They gave him the physical stats of Namor, which is no small feat. I am open to considering King Shark (who I am not well versed in) if someone shares some of the things he/it has done, but for now I'd say TS.
