In a comic - Black Adam beats Mon around the head with a lead pipe (or something similar).
In a fair forum fight - Mon El treats Black in a similar manner to Ultraman.
In a fair fight, your typical Daxamite (or Kryptonian for that matter) can be considered to be tantamount to taking your typical Shazam character (BA, CM, MaryM, etc) and adding exotic energy and sensory powers to their base strength and speed.
But in a comic - if DC could make Sodam Yat (with the freaking Ion entity inside him) to be castrated like a punk simply by being stabbed with a broken lead pipe, you can be sure Mon El would be similarly punked. But in a forum fight, your typical Shazam character would yield before your typical Daxamite.

Forum fights are rarely fair. Its usually which character has tje biggest fans logging in, lowballing the opposition, and characters depicted fighting OUT of character.
Mon-El was cured of the lead weakness with Brainiac 5's anti lead serum.
It also makes him immune to the red sun weakness.

The lead cure didn't protect him from red sun. If it did why did KK's karate throw of him into a red sun galaxy leave him powerless ??? It was post lead cure.
For that matter Vril worked a temporary cure that at least significantly reduced the effects of lead for Rebels 95.
Mon should win given his showings vs Lobo in his Valor series. Lobo is more intense than BA when somone messes with his space dolphins (as had been the case IIRC).
Daxamites are more or less supposed to be equal to Kryptonians.
As for your other thing, I feel J'onn could use telepathy on Mon el, but then Mon el also has heat vision and J'onn has the fire weakness so..it's a toss up I guess.

Different version of Mon-El (Plus, he flew away from the red sun under his own steam, so clearly not instantly depowered as a red sun often did, especially in the pre crisis/early post crisis days.)
