Batmsn/Wolverine arm wrestle
Using cutting edge debate technology, feats, character history... who do you think would win an arm wrestling match between these two?

Wolverine is superhuman (at least certain depictions of him)
Regular i would still say wolverine because of his adamantium skeleton.

I agree Wolverine wins. But this is arm wrestling. His adamantium skeleton has pretty much zilch to do with it.

He can apply much more force without fear of his bones breaking

I mean, I guess. I don't think that would come into play, though. One's going to out-strength the other, period. They're not going to be sitting there stalemated while their bones begin to break.

Wolverine is physically stronger and his adamantium bones will help a lot too

It happens in arm wrestling matches.

Does it?
I'm being honest, I have absolutely zero percent interest in arm wrestling as a phenomenon. But, in the interests of mind-broadening, could someone who knows about these things give me the quick, capsule review of how skill works when two people are arm-wrestling.
I'm not being sarcastic, I'd genuinely like to find out.
Because if skill is a 'thing' in an arm-wrestle, then Batman out-skills Logan all day every day and a few more extra ones for luck.So it might change how this matchup goes.
Anyone?

Yeah, technique plays a part in it. Bats would also have a leverage advantage due to the height difference. Might not get him the win, but i was surprised no one played that card here.

Here's a link that covers the basics in a fairly amusing way.

I knew a guy once who could lock his elbow so it wouldnt move. Basically ment his arm was locked into place until he unlocked it. He used to bet on arm wrestling and wait till the arthers guys arm was tyring befor actually using strength. Ended up stuffing up his elbow in a bad way so I wouldnt recomend

Technique does indeed work.
Google the Mountain from GoT...he's the world's strongest man (or close to it). Deadlifts half a ton or something stupid like that.
Lost several arm wrestling matches to the champ. Who specialises, and doesn't lift/bench/ etc anywhere near him.

So, are you laughing at Hafthor getting beat, or just dismissing DS's attempt to provide something to actually back up his statement?

But the crucial part, is that its not.
IOW, its within the rules.
Hafthor also outweighs the other guy by a fair margin. Except one guy has skills, experience, and the presence of mind to use those skills.
The physical gap between them is also greater than between Bats and Wolvy, incidentally.
