Danny Ketch/Noble Kale had the Penance Stair.

When Zarathos was in control he penanced stared all of Mojoworld simultaneously.

I think just the fact that Blaze/Z have more raw power means that they can push it to higher levels than Danny.

I was talking more about Hellfire vs Pennence Stare then its use between either of the characters.

WHY is One considered MORE So then the Other IYO..
