Interesting... 
The A existed outside of space-time entirely, thus was immune to...well...basically everything... Even attacks from Mxy himself:

Mxy was only able to 'defeat' The A after figuring out how to use its unique status/role against it(ie. probability on a fundamental level.) Even with this know-how, however, the most Mxy could achieve was a BFR of sorts, as The A was left floating between dimensions, locked in a perpetual comic-drawing contest with Bizarro, lol.
Anywho, if f*cking Mxy couldn't even make The A flinch with repeated direct attacks, I very much doubt that any being in comics would be able to affect him in the slightest.
tl;dr
If Scathan tried to 'judge' The A, this would be the only reaction he'd get, imho:

Based on how the A treated Mxy in a direct contest of power, I'm pretty sure the only being in Marvel who could take the A is Scathan's master's master.
