Funny how Davos ended up doing better in that one team up (While still downplaying Danny with a "I've NEVER been hit that hard before!")

Technically:
- Spidey has an advantage in terms of agility, mobility, versatility (thanks to the Webs), durability, strength and reflexes + Spidey-sense.
- Iron Fist has a better striking power than Wolverine, is more skilled than Spider-man and has some versatility that he lacks to display in combat.
-Wolverine is the more skilled of the 3 by far, has the better durability and ability to recover from his wounds thanks to his adamantium skeleton and healing factor, his way above Iron Fist in stats but below Spider-man, can experience an overall boost in stats including his reflexes. He is the more dangerous because he can one-shot anyone here with a single strike of his claws.
Wolverine due to his healing factor. There's almost nothing Spiderman or Iron Fist can actually do to him. Spiderman has the advantage of being able to evade and/or escape the fight if he needs to. But that's about it.
Iron Fist is a skilled fighter, but I doubt he is any better a fighter than Mr. X and Wolverine went berzerk to defeat a man who was possibly the greatest martial artist in the MU version of Earth.
Wolverine may not have the same level of strength that Spiderman does, but his endurance, healing factor, claws, and grit would get the job done. If Spiderman is stabbed by Wolverine's claws in any vital organ, he's dead. If Iron Fist is stabbed in any vital organ he's dead.
If Spiderman or Iron Fist manage to land a lethal attack on Wolverine, he will still survive and recover if they don't manage to decapitate him immediately after.
this is simply untrue. Logan can be webbed up by spider-man and Danny can conceivably beat him into unconsciousness.
Mr X has almost no real wins to his name and he even got beaten by Luke Cage (who isn't nearly one of the top fighters in Marvel). X isn't even in the top 50 let alone number one. Danny has also shrugged off being shot in the heart before.
This is a forum fight so Spiderman doesn't have to kill anybody to win, does he?
In that case, Spiderman all the way. His agility/ spider-sense mean he is waaaaay beyond the capacity of the others to tag him. He just webs them up from a distance. Also his strength is miles past either opponent, he could literally pick either of the others up by their ankles, flip them upside down and use their heads as mops.
He's the weakest here. Both Spider-Man and IF could defeat him in a fight.

There indeed are, though some of those people at least had the excuse of thinking that because they saw scans of how the Hulk tore Wolverine in half. I realize yes that was the "Ultimates" version of Wolverine etc. but most people don't know that.
