Slade leads DC's most lethal assassins and soldiers against Steve's. Which side wins?

Giving Slade Nth metal makes it interesting. Cap's team has all the big names and probably more skill. I'd favor Cap's team because of Panther's Vibranium. Both Azrael's are tough but I think Cap and BP together would find a way. The only person I see being a non factor would probably be David Cain.
I'd say Michael Lane's Suit of Sorrows is MORE impressive than Slade's Nth Metal. Not only does it increase the wearer's strength and speed 10 fold, it also gives the wearer the skills of the past users, which including Bruce Wayne. It also protects the wearer from harm.

It took Cassandra Cain and Batwoman to take him down, with some other help.

[QUOTE=16530433]Originally posted by Zack M I'd take Azrael over Slade. He might not have the amount of feats Slade has, but he has weapons that would one-shot him. [/QUOTE
Which one though? The one I'm familiar with pretty much fought Slade to a draw. I'd still back Slade.
