Didn’t you just make a thread a week ago asking if MCU T’Challa can defeat DCEU Superman, and now you have him facing robots that were defeated by a highly flawed woman?
Confusing.
But to answer your question ...he probably throws one of those EMP discs at them and instantly disables them, or something like that.
A good match for Black Panther? That’s actually quite tricky, because he’s a lot like Batman.
Let me explain. Like Bruce, T’Challa punches was above his weight class due to his mix of intelligence, strategy and resources (and resourcefulness). This means that he’s often able to effectively participate in situations where he should normally have zero business being part of. In Bruce’s case, being one of the key people in the JLA (eg he was absolutely crucial in the Obsidian age) or even when he’s solo (eg when an earthquake hit Gotham he said that for every one of his plans he has 7 back up plans, and for each of those 7 more). In T’Challa’s case, he’s been a member of everything from the Avengers to the Illuminati, even though he’s ‘just’ an enhanced human.
To answer your question, it’s difficult to get a good match for Black Panther. For example, hand to hand you might say that Captain America (another enhanced human) is a good match. But that would have to be without gear, because with all of his gear Black Panther should (in a forum setting) be able to take Steve Rogers down!
Which puts BP above most street levelers once you consider he’s basically a black Captain America with Tony Stark’s technology and Bruce Wayne’s mind and utility belt. Or a Black Deathstroke with both eyes and, with the exception of the Ikon suit, better technology. Apparently T’Challa even knows KunLun martial arts, and while he may not know the iron fist technique, he combined KunLun and Wakandan martial arts to give a physical-psychic punch to an adversary.
Definitely above most street levelers.
Problem is, he is still below the likes of Hulk, Superman, WonderWoman and Gladiator. He can definitely come up with a plan against them, but a thread like the one you’d made last week (hand to hand versus DCEU Superman, who was smashing through mountains while simply learning how to fly) is a joke. BP is simply not at the level where he can go and punch Hulks and Kryptonians ...unless there is crazy PIS at play. In the same manner Superman would kill Batman in the first semi second of plot was not an issue.
That’s the long answer.
The short answer to your question is this - it’s difficult to adequately match him, because he’s quite powerful when compared to the typical street levelers (eg Batman, Captain America, Winter Soldier, Terminator Robots ...and yes, I believe TChalla would beat Bruce and Steve ...), but absolutely weak when compared to demi-gods (eg the Hulk and Superman) unless one adds a lot of PIS.
Which leaves the likes of Deathstroke (who I see as a better equipped Captain America, and recently far smarter) and Midnighter. Or maybe characters like Afterthought
BP wins. Too quick, too versatile, including a suit protecting him from the firepower Terminators typically use. I wouldn't be surprised it the suit could even handle a plasma blast from the Herminator.
