Onslaught and easily. Onslaught touch Juggernaut and punched a hole clean through him.

He punched Juggernaut once and dropped him with a single hit that sent him flying to another state. This doesn't include the fact that he could just mind rape Superman for the ko. Onslaught literally punch a hole clean through Supes with ease.
Well, he did what he wanted to achieve, and that's basically it. He didn't "try" (key word, try) to warp the Universe or anything, he wanted to rule over earth. He would've achieved that if a big brute didn't jump in the way. Earth was helpless to him and at the end of the day, he was in possession of Nate AND Franklin FULL POWER. He just wasn't a ft monger when he had it. Even Reed said that Onslaught had control of Franklin abilities.
Remember when Joker gained Mxy’s powers and he was ****ing with the Universe? He was steadily becoming stronger, but no one here claims he’s as powerful as Mxy with just the feats he displayed. He would have become just as powerful, but he never achieved that level.
He WOULD have become as powerful. There's a difference - Onslaught had full possession of Franklin and Nate power. There's no would have with this. If Joker had Mxy full power then he is as powerful as Mxy.
Maybe, but someone with the full power of Franklin Natavelt shouldn't have Thorclops blast them out of him.
We judge what we have, and what we have is someone that appears far below what Frank is capable of. Maybe he did access the full power, but it didn't come out that way. They did a terrible job portraying it.
Franklin at full power could have casually erased everyone there.
I never understood that sun creating feat. It's really the only thing he needed Frank's power for though.
I can't tell you off the top of my head of why he did it. And I can't tell you why it went away. I should really reread that story but it's a mess
I don’t think that they gave a real reason for that specific attack and I don’t think that they adressed it going away. Somehow Thor, Storm and Crystal use their powers to offset the effects and I think it is left to be assumed that it goes away when Franklin is freed.
As much as “PIS” is tossed around, that scene to me is a classic example of it. At that point. Onslaught should have been unstoppable.
