Even if we go with the old showing of him being cut in half by white martian vision and 4 white martians combining their vision beams to burn him he reformed so damn quick it doesnt matter.

Have you seen Lobo's better showings? Plas is not toon force, the Mask is, and if Lobo can survive the Mask Plastic Mn isn't stomping him. How does extreme cold affect Plastic Man? The Mask would laugh it off. Do you think Lobo may have a special frag nade for a guy like Plastic Man?

Tearing plas apart wont finish him. It wont even KO him.
In the Obsidian age (JLA 74) tje blast that killed Superman, WW, Flash, Kyle Raynor and Bats only shattered Plas into milliins of micriscopic bits across the ocean floor. CONSCIOUS microscopic bits. When they returned to the present 3000 years later and had brough the others back they realized Plas was still alive because his spirit wasnt there to save. Firrsrorm used his power to identify and gather just a few grams of plas from which he could reform.
Lobo isnt doing sufficient damage to plas that he will not be capable of instantly pulling himself back together.
