Strength should be near equal, with a small nod to He-Man, fighting skill and endrance too. He-Man should be faster and his Sword would be a challange for Mjolnir, without the Mallet Thor loses.

Thor, he has way too much in the way of feats. Good fight, though.

I seem to remember DC's He Man having some really uber feats.
iirc he beat a universal level skeletor by himself.

And just decades more.
He-Man only -just- got to DC.
Only reason i’ve brought this up is, i’ve seen a character that had been around (not in a regular series, but an initial mini, sporadic appearences, mandatory crossover inclusions, and brief team stints) for 6-7 years said to be a newbie who’s lack of feats against a well established character sealed his loss.
This was co-signed repeatedly.
He-Man has nowhere near the resume’ i just cited, and Thor is very well established.
