Ganthet has created an entire CPB out of his and Sayd power which is at least universal in power.

And got beat up by Dr Strange just after that.

Meph's battle with hela caused omniversal armageddon, his fight against galan was endangering the universe, and mephisto fight with satanish was so insane 616 was at stake

ganthet has no combat scale feat comparable to any of this. and mephisto alone would solo the entire guardian race

Mephisto suffers from the same thing many other skyfathers and up suffer from. he has plenty of feats with planets galaxies act act blah blah. but when it comes down to fighting, he gets his ass handed to him.

Mephisto stalemating Galactus in hell is above anything Ganthet can do IMO. Ganthet would get destroyed by IOn and Larfleeze, not seeing him comparable at all.

As for Mephisto bested by Strange, that false. Many times Strange could never beat Mephisto. Strange and Doom team up and failed to free Dooms mom from him. They team up and had prep and yet failed.

So yeah, Strange beating Mephisto is due to major amp or bad writing. Pick one.

Stalemating silver age Galactus? Not hard at all.

A few Guardians matched an amped Krona who was crushing entire universe.
