She did it via prep, she even said that she studied the league's past.
In recent WW issues, she was proved below Jason and even WW (she relied on Omega Beams when facing her).

this is a good fight. diana held her own pretty well recently against grail, who, after her initial appearance seems to have settled in that high heraldish level. just given his wealth of feats its hard to argue against orion here. the AF could negate the OE advantage. strength and skills seem close. orion has a MB though and it may--at least in a forum setting--be enough to give him the edge here. this would be cool to see in a comic.
