Apart from his magic resistance, he was a bit of a glass cannon. Couldn't cast spells,struggles to lift 2 Face, had some magical weaponry but that was it....
Survived a close dimensional explosion unharmed
Survived plane explosion
Fought till he finished a team of opponents who shot him with enough tranqilizer to "drop a herd of elephants"
Also he had more than just magical weaponry.
1. Propheric vision/ see through reality (saved him a few times)
2. A chaotic arm that could fight anything
3. The ability to see spatial tangents and travel anywhere instantly on them.
4. Stromg resistance to mental control (even Nabu couldnt breach his mind
5. An insane healing factor
It's probably less common if we don't include equipment, but there's magic resistant metas out there. Dust and Mercury are great examples. Belasco commented on it when they kept eating his magic blasts.
And yet...he's harmed by a 100ft fall. Not much, as he's stronger and tougher than a human, but he's hurt by something that a high street guy would be able to take:
In the last page, he's beating Harvey, but again, nothing that a street can't do.
So as per the OP, he's pretty weak (ESPECIALLY compared to him tanking Nekron, Strega, Zatanna, Nabu etc, hence my use of the term glass cannon), but can outright tank Zatanna.
