back in the day I would've say Surfer, now GLs below Hal has done what Surfer done. so Hal 7/10

Current Sentry
The only sentry I see beating Hal is deathseed or void, but very close battle Hal 5.5/10 for being more consistent and having more impressive showings (inb4 million exploding suns, sentry can't die, molecule man etc)
