Yeah, Ambros could certainly cancel out Fantomex. Also, centipede might be difficult for Fantom, since he exists in multiple timelines.

No, but Ambrose's power to distort physics is. He was powerful enough to do harm against the likes of Superman and Wonder woman.

On top of Centipedes power to go into earlier versions of himself, which could affect Fantom's power. Fantom isnt going to solo, that's for sure.

Is that canon? I don't remember Ambrose being all that great since the 3 times i recall him doing anything two of those times he looked unimpressive and had to be saved but sure.
