Batman has 1 hour to prep and train Peter Parker & 5 X-Men:
Wolverine
Storm
Colossus
Northstar
& Magik
to defeat the Man of Steel. Fight takes place on Marvel Earth-616 so Batman doesn't have his conceivably go-to resources other than what's on his person. The goal is just to subdue/defeat, not kill. Fight is in-character.
Outside of Magik and anything Batman might have in his belt, nobody here is really a threat to Superman. Colossus, Northstar and Storm could wail on him all day and do basically nothing. Wolverine's claws, haxx as they are, can only do so much.
The last time DC handled a fight between Batman and Superman properly, with Batman having prep, it ended in a heart beat.
People needs to realize in a fight between those 2, Superman is written to always lose, with the human triumphing over the god like being making for the better story.
Superman could be dying, and one tap from him could still kill Batman.
Here’s how I see the hour of prep going down. Feel free to poke any holes you see in it:
In the first minute Bats figures out that Magik is... magic, and they center their collective goal on getting her in close enough range with enough time to either try to slice Supes with Soulsword, or take him to Limbo where she’s ridiculous.
Next is figuring out potential long-range and projectile attacks, not necessarily put him down, but give Magik enough time.
He has Parker and Magik try to figure out how to incorporate Bloodstones into his web fluid to create magically enhanced webbing.
He has Spidey and Northstar practice a move where Parker thwips a continuous thread of that webbing, which Jean-Paul can fly and wrap up something with at light speed.
He has Storm practice her flash-freezing and setting off lightning inside objects.
What else you got? Logan and Rasputin demo their Fastball Special and Bats immediately points out that with a wind-gust-assist from Storm it become vastly more accurate and powerful.
All of it is just to slow Supes down for the second it takes for Magik to do her thing. This might happen about half the time. The team was picked for having just enough strength, durability, speed, smarts, magic and power to not be immediately shit-stomped 100% of the time.
Superman wins , wolverine is fodder and so is colossus but i think magik and storm could do something , i agree on the statement on superman being written to lose tho but if we cancel out that then superman wins

I really don't see what is the point of targeting someone's English but in that case too i haven't seen an error till now.

Magik could teleport Superman but her magic would not be able to defeat him , first of all we should know that Superman is vulnerable to magic , not something he could get one shot to -

In the new 52 Superman was actually hurt by Shazam for the first time and that was because shazam is a magical being - (please log in to view the image)
afterwards Superman was able to hurt him pretty good- (please log in to view the image)
so unless the plot wants Magik to win Superman takes this.
Also i wasn't refuting it because it was too easy to refute lol
