I'm only keeping this open because we technically do not yet know what this "greatly diminished" World Forger is capable of.
I edited normal/full power WF out of the OP, though, because that IS the definition of one-sided spite against Hulk, even if carver wants to pretend like it's not.

I'm fine with it.
Was unclear how the well amped his powers, and Carv DID argue he and Rshulk destroyed the entire Dark Dimension, repeatedly.
