Not sure because there are a few discrepancies that contradict what was written. Silver Surfer as The Fallen One, may be able to clean house according to Cates, while Magus varies in power every time that he is written. Lord Mar-Vell was treated as a cream puff by Thanos, as was Cosmic Ghost Rider.

IMO, the Surfer was placed on a higher level of power, which has me leaning towards his team FTW.
