Spider-Man vs Balder the Brave

All powers and skills in use, Balder is stronger but Spidey is close enough to it a good fight and possibly win utilizing his webbing and other physical attributes.

Does Balder have super fast reflexes as once depicted many many many years ago?
Back then ( in one story arc ) he shown as being "untouchable" with faster than light reflexes. Also more recently during Siege he was shown catching and redirecting a bullet with his sword.
If he is "super fast" then I'd give this a 50/50 split. If he is just typical Asgardian level speed, then I don't think the strength advantage is enough

Yes, this Balder has those speed feat unless........someone can prove that he was amped to effect.

Balder is stronger on paper such as the marvel handbooks and internet wiki's, he is a Class 50 to Peter's Class 10-25, but I guess it is feats that count, but tell me........
what is Parker's highest strength fest unamped?

They are all secondary and tertiary sources, they matter little in vs. threads unless they back up and do not contradict what has been shown/stated on panel.

His best feat?

Hmmm, supporting collapsing Daily Bugle?

Landing a jet on his back?

But you're a regular poster here and they've been reposted dozens of times.

Parker has had thousands of appearances, Balder can't compete strength-wise. His best bet is to rely on his swordsmanship and more exotic abilities in this fight.
