I think Mr. Fantastic could fill space with his forum so that everything works against his opponent.
It would take some practice but imagine after that that he could streach his opponents with or against his grain as well.
Almost like when Sentry tore apart Ares but with diff. method.

What I mean is that if Mr. Fantastic is the filler of space like dark matter only protozaic then he could fill space like that foam that hardens.
Then his opponents powers would backfire on themselves.
As that happens he could pressurize fore and against the grain causing his opponent to be torn into the cosmos.
Anotherwords Mr. Fantastic can moleculize.
