Pretty simple, an exact copy of the Superman that hit WF hits current Superman. Can he survive his own attacks?

He is sundipped, it is literally the exact same Superman at the very second that he hit WF.

Is his strength more dynamic than his durability or vice versa?

So at the very least, his knuckle skin and knuckle bones were super durable.
