Snyder cosmology vs Morrison cosmology.
Considering that The Source is above Perpetua, I think Mandrakk will win because there is no one above mandrakk
without Overvoid in Morrison cosmology.

I got the idea that Perpetua at full power was able to contend with the Judges of the firmament after reading JL.35. I also got the impression that she wouldn't be powerful enough to beat all of the Judges at once. So we know that atm Perpetua isn't as powerful as the Presence, and that there are many others that can rival her power level.
