This is actually an interesting fight.
Mephisto's best fight was against Galactus in Mephisto's realm. They fought evenly till Galactus threatened to consume his realm. Then the fight was over.
Ymir's best fight is stalemating Surtur.
My head says Mephisto, but my heart says Ymir.

As Ice is spaced evenly from the heat on earth that Mephisto would in effect be fighting two Ymir at once.
A battle from 2 fronts would need a great military mind but Mephisto has years of Ghost Rider dates to rely on.
