1. Corrigan Spectre
2. Hal Spectre
3. Dov Spectre

There are multiple versions of Corrigan Spectre. Golden Age version without Ring of Life and post COIE would get horribly stomped for example.

Golden Age: Loses
Silver Age: Probably wins
Bronze Age: Probably loses.
COIE Dawn of Time: Stomps
Post COIE: Gets stomped
Ostrander era: Probably loses or wins. Had high ones and low ones.
Hal Spectre: Only wins if using Logoz
DOV: Loses probably. Again had low ones and high ones; like owning Thunderbolt but taking several pages to beat Nabu.
