 best bullet timer in comics? street

who has the best bullet timing feats between Elektra and Cassandra Cain

If you think theres anybody else in comics that's faster than either of them you can add them and show scans etc proving why

They can be street/meta with no amps

what do you consider bullet timing about that scan. And the core difference with aim dodging?
