 Can a herald/skyfather remove Sentry out of existence?

Say characters like Odin, Thanos, , Galactus, Superman, Surtur, Darkseid etc want to remove Sentry out of existence, can it happen despite Sentrys will

I see no reason why Odin, Thanos, Galactus or Darkseid couldn't do it.
