Nah, I'm just not biased enough to give Luke the win here. Especially since Thor is allowed to defend himself.

Aside from some fancy moves he picked from Danny, Luke had only one actual upgrade, afaik. Going through the same process that made him super-tough again.

So I can see him drawing blood or dazing Thor, same as Stormbreaker or that random boulder did.
