Dude is so OP even when weakened he managed to PUNCH his way through time from the 20th century to the 853rd. There’s a reason real-life fights like boxing and the UFC have weight classes, and Kal is in a way higher class than these guys.

Using a stare to slow a galaxy and a fist to travel through time ...all of those while weak since he was away from the super sun ....it would be like racing a team of Russian Yugos in a speedtest versus a Bugatti
