Very close fight. It could go either way. Both have shown to create shields or walls to protect themselves. Both can cancel out each other attacks but I'm slightly going for Electro because he can stealthily maneuver around the battlefield by instant teleportation with his lightning bolt and all he needs is to land one surprise attack.
