1: Weakest in general.
2: Physically weakest. ie: no tp, magic, transmutation or esoteric abilities in general.

And yeah, I agree with Galan, we've already had this little discussion in Comic Book Questions & Discussion and I first mentioned Cage there as an example of a mid-meta character who would steamroll them.

I'm not so sure about that. It doesn't matter though: Cage doesn't have to be susceptible to HV as long as his food and water are.

Homelander was (almost) the top dog... in The Boys' universe.

Outside of it, he ain't so tough, especially when compared to Marvel and DC.
