I agree. Thanos with the HOTI defeated the Living Tribunal with far more ease than those 3 Beyonders. From what I recall, he simply erased everything.

regulator for sure, he owned TOAA

HOTU was retconned to only a fraction of TOAA power

But Franklin is Universal, and the LT is far above him. Would ABC logic be wrong to use in this case if we compared LT to the HOTI? LT is supposed to be Multiversal correct? I is how I would rate Thanos.

Thanos with regulators after absorbing TOAA
Thanos with Heart of the Universe.
Thanos with the regulators.

I don�t think Thanos with the regulators is more powerful than TOAA in a perfectly designed reality. By taking the regulators it made TOAA fallible and not at his supreme self.

You can make an argument between 2 and 3 but I think the HOTU > than Regulators because it has the power of TOAA.

I would say Thanos takes this because the Ivory Kings don�t have the regulator to mess with the HOtI power if it can at all.
